About the RoleAs a General Practitioner at Maari Ma Health, you'll work alongside a team of four GPs, supported by:· Experienced Nurses· Aboriginal Health Practitioners· Skilled medical administration staff· Visiting medical specialistsWe offer standard 15-minute consultations, with the option for extended 30-minute appointments tailored to patient needs.
What We Offer- Attractive Contract Options: Choose salaried employment or contract as a Sole Trader, Trust, or Company.
- Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00 PM. No after-hours, weekend work, or on-call requirements.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: Full-time onsite or part-time FIFO options available.
- Generous Leave: 5 weeks of annual leave, paid Christmas closure, accrued days off, and flexible leave options.
- Excellent Remuneration:
- Starting from $340,000 p.a. (inclusive of super, based on 44 weeks)
- Or from $1,650 per day for FIFO (ABN or payroll)
