• Provide high-quality dental care, including exams, diagnosis, and comprehensive treatment planning
• Deliver value-added dentistry focused on exceptional patient outcomes and experiences
• Utilize advanced technology, including digital scanners (iTero), to enhance patient care
• Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures in a state-of-the-art facility
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventative care
• Maintain full autonomy over treatment planning and clinical decisions
• Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure efficient, patient-centered operations
• Build long-term patient relationships in a fast-paced, high-demand practice environment

What We’re Looking For:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous learning and clinical excellence
• Outgoing, personable chair-side manner with strong patient communication skills
• Desire to grow skills in advanced procedures, including Invisalign and implants
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centric care

Compensation:

• $200,000–$300,000/year
• Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $800 daily minimum guarantee
• Production-based compensation with potential earnings up to $25,000/month
