As our Room Leader, you’ll play a key role in shaping a nurturing and inspiring environment where children thrive through play-based learning.In this role, you will:

• Create and maintain a welcoming, engaging learning space
• Guide and support a team of educators
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Champion the EYLF and NQF through thoughtful planning and reflective practice

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident and compassionate leader who brings:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a Room Leader role
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A genuine passion for early learning and child development
• Great organisational skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
