Founding AI Tech lead / CTO

Who We Are: LTLINX Inc. is a fast-growing health tech startup based in Seattle. We’re building an AI-powered SaaS platform designed specifically for Adult Family Homes (AFHs) and small long-term care providers—an underserved sector ready for smart, meaningful innovation. We’ve completed Phase 1 development and are actively running a pilot program across 10 care facilities. Now we’re gearing up for Phase 2: scaling, launching, and expanding our AI capabilities. We're looking for a ambitious, and AI-savvy technical leader to join as our Founding CTO. This is not a corporate job—it’s a builder role for someone ready to lead, own, and innovate.
Who You Are: You’re not just a developer. You’re a technologist with deep AI experience, strong product sense, and the drive to build something that matters.
What We’re Looking For: -Solid experience in AI/ML, NLP, LLMs (e.g., GPT), document parsing, embeddings, and vector search -Experience integrating AI into production SaaS platforms -Ability to work cross-functionally with a remote dev team based in China -Strong leadership, ownership mindset, and clear communication -Startup spirit: fast-paced, self-driven, and solution-oriented -Bonus: Familiarity with healthcare tech, compliance, or senior care systems
What You’ll Do -Lead all AI-related product development (e.g., auto care plan generation, compliance checking, smart document workflows) -Define and execute the technical roadmap alongside the founding team -Collaborate with our engineering team in China to manage sprint cycles, architecture, and QA -Drive rapid prototyping and iteration based on live pilot feedback -Help build the future tech team and culture
