Job Description:
What You Will Do

This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of fashion PR and showroom experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. You will be managing day-to-day showroom operations and supporting the PR team with logistcs and media activities.
  • Maintain showroom organization, visual presentation, and sample condition.
  • Coordinate all aspects of press sample trafficking, including inventory management, send-outs, and returns.
  • Support our PR team in talent seedings, shipments and reporting and be responsible of all tracking, reports and logistics.
  • Support in planning and executing PR meetings, press days, events, and fashion week activations.
  • Be responsible for press monitoring and prepare management-facing reports.

What You Will Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in a service minded industry, in a coordinating and operating role.
  • Interest in hospitality, lifetsyle, fashion and media.
  • Good in handling Microsoft Office/Google Suite and database systems (e.g., Lefty, Launchmetrics).
  • Exceptional organization and multitasking skills, very self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Attention to detail and a hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
  • Must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
