• Assist in meal preparation and food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organised service area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Support catering events as required, contributing to the overall success of the service.

Skills

• Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, showcasing familiarity with front of house operations.
• Experience in catering or culinary roles is advantageous, particularly in meal preparation and food safety practices.
• Strong cooking skills are beneficial for assisting in kitchen operations when necessary.
