Position: Restaurant Manager· Employer: Blue Bottle Leisure Ltd - T/A Buddha Lounge, Tiger Lilly & Funky Flamingo· Location: 3 Winchester Street, Southampton, SO15 2EL, UK
· Working days / hours: 37.5hours within a 5 day week

Upholds health, safety, and regulatory standards while handling guest feedback with professionalism. Oversees inventory control and prepares financial reports to guide business performance.
