About YouYou are a credible, market-respected Loss Adjuster with a proven track record managing major and complex claims. You bring strong industry relationships, sound judgement, and the ability to navigate complex scenarios with confidence. Key Capabilities

• Experience managing major and complex loss claims
• Strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and key stakeholders
• Advanced negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage complex portfolios with a commercial, client-focused approach
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and technical excellence

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in major and complex loss adjusting
• ANZIIF or AICLA qualifications (or equivalent)
• Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
• Valid driver's licence
