Entry Level Operations Specialist

Job Overview:The Entry Level Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing the operational processes within the company. This position involves assisting in process planning, performance analysis, operational support, capacity statistics, and cross-departmental projects. The role is designed to ensure smooth and efficient operations, improve warehouse performance, and foster effective communication and collaboration across departments.Responsibilities: Process Planning:

• Assist in designing and optimizing company operational processes. Ensure the implementation of various process streamlining projects.
• Regularly evaluate and improve existing processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Performance Analysis:

• Monitor data related to organizational performance and process performance to assist in optimizing warehouse operations and personnel management.
• Develop and execute performance improvement plans to ensure the achievement of performance targets.

Operational Support:

• Manage exceptions and develop and implement plans to improve warehouse operational quality.
• Assist in handling pipeline delivery exceptions to ensure smooth operations.
• Support supplier communication and exception handling to ensure operational stability.

Capacity Statistics:

• Analyze warehouse capacity data to promote coordination between warehouse and sales department.
• Guide and follow up on warehouse capacity adjustments to improve warehouse capacity utilization. Regularly generate capacity reports and provide optimization suggestions.

Cross-Departmental Projects:

• Collaborate and support cross-departmental projects to ensure smooth project progression.
• Maintain good communication with related departments to ensure the sharing of information and resources.

Complete Assigned Tasks:

• Actively complete other tasks assigned by superiors, report work progress and issues in a timely manner, and propose rationalization suggestions.

Requirements:

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Legal Work Authorization (supports OPT or H1B).
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related STEM field preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, process optimization, or operational support preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; effective in collaborating with different departments.
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel and other tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekSchedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
