Lead Educator

Position overview:We are looking for skilled and experienced Child Care Worker Group Leaders to join our busy regional Childcare Centres – we have three centres located in SE QLD. We are looking for warm, welcoming, nurturing individuals to help the children in our care feel a sense of belonging in the community, and become successful and lifelong learners. Qualifications / Experience required:Our ideal candidates would hold no less that AQF Certificate IV (ideally Diploma) AND at least three years of relevant experience in the role. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:· assisting in the preparation of materials and equipment for children's education and recreational activities· managing children's behaviour and guiding children's social development· preparing and conducting activities for children· entertaining children by reading and playing games· supervising children in recreational activities· supervising the daily routine of children· supervising the hygiene of childrenRemuneration on offer between $73,150 to $80,000 depending on experience.We are looking for skilled and experienced candidates that also believes in our “WOW” Philosophy.
