Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid (3-days/week onsite)

Job Type: Contract / C2C Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with over 8 years of expertise in core SAP Financials (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including cross-functional integration and advanced configuration. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in specialized areas such as Electronic Bank Statement (EBS), interface handling, and IDoc analysis, with proven capabilities in managing geographically distributed teams and complex SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in specialized areas such as Electronic Bank Statement (EBS), interface handling, and IDoc analysis, with proven capabilities in managing geographically distributed teams and complex SAP landscapes. Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end configuration of SAP FI/CO modules
- Hands-on support for Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) processing and reconciliation
- Manage SAP Interfaces and troubleshoot IDoc failures
- Monitor and analyze background jobs, manage failure resolution
- Work with Solution Manager (SolMan) for transport management
- Handle issues with custom reports and user-specific developments
- Provide functional support across multiple SAP systems within a landscape
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage conflicting priorities
- Lead implementations and enhancements from design to delivery (not limited to testing or support)
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of SAP FI/CO hands-on configuration experience
- Experience in at least 3 full-cycle implementations or enhancement projects (6+ months each)
- Minimum 1 year of SAP project experience in the US
- Bachelor s degree in Commerce/Finance
- Professional qualification: MBA (Finance), CA, or CMA

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Proven ability to handle distributed teams across time zones
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and take initiative in issue resolution
