Diesel Fuel Injection Technician

Sydney Diesel Centre is one of the leading diesel fuel injection businesses in Australia, testing, servicing & repairing all models of diesel pumps and injectors. We are an authorised and approved Bosch Diesel Center, Denso Premium Dealer, Delphi Diesel Center, Continental Diesel and much more.We are looking for an experienced qualified diesel fuel injection technician to assist with all pump and injector component testing, service and repair including common rail, distributor pumps, In-line fuel injection pumps and all ranges of injectors.

• Varied position, doing anything from old school diesel fuel injection to the latest common rail systems.
• Works closely with spare parts team and workshop team
• Requires ability to follow manufacturer service procedures, properly and efficiently use hand tools, test stands and special tools
• Must be dependable, organized, motivated, take pride in quality, and ready to work in fast paced small business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Testing, servicing, and repairing diesel fuel injection components, including common rail, distributor pumps, in-line fuel injection pumps, and all ranges of injectors.
• Following manufacturer service procedures and using hand tools, test stands, and special tools effectively.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Upholding a high standard of quality and precision in all tasks.
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

About You

• Qualifications: Certificate III in Diesel Mechanics or equivalent is required.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Diesel Fuel Injection Technician, with expertise in testing, servicing, and repairing pumps and injectors.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organisational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Attributes: Dependable, motivated, and committed to producing high-quality work.
