• The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years experience in Voice Technologies - Management of Avaya Aura suite of products including CM, AES, SMGR, SM, Client, Messaging and integration with Genesys.
• Oracle Session Border Controller management
• Microsoft Teams Calling with Direct Routing
• Genesys Cloud management
• Carrier Voice Network Management
• Voice Security /Fraud Detection- 3rd Party connectivity management Additional Comments:1.
• This position also is expected to provide after hours and weekend on call support2.
• Ideally, we would like to find contractors near Columbus Oh that could go into the office 1 to 2 times a week.
