Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues.
Duties:- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide product information and support to customers
- Process orders and track shipments
- Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes
Experience:- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems)
- Willingness to travel and work in different locations
- No prior experience required, but experience in customer service or related field is a plus
- Fluency in English
