We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position is essential in upholding our high standards of hygiene and presentation, contributing to an exceptional hospitality experience. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors while ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
• Change bed linens and replenish towels and toiletries as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) as needed for cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
