Merchandise Planner

dSb is proudly partnering with a accessories retailer who is looking to appoint an experienced Merchandise Planner to own the end-to-end inventory management process and lead the Planning team in achieving and exceeding sales and margin goals

Main responsibilities include:

• Respond to sales and external market activity to maximise sale opportunities
• Review and monitor range plans regularly with Buyer
• Lead and manage the forecast review process
• End to End OTB Management for your designated categories
• Produce a commercial and balanced range planning framework which reflects the departments strategy
• Maximise team performance through effective people management
• Undertake pre & post seasonal review preparation and analysis

Experience required:

• Be an experienced and established Merchandiser/Planner within retail
• Proven experience achieving sales and margin goals
• Strategically minded
• In-season trading
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills

Benefits:

• Salary $140k - $160k plus superannuation
• Hybrid working basis with 1 day work from home.
