SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist -CFY to join our team in New York City. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the communication abilities of our clients, contributing significantly to their overall well-being and quality of life.
Responsibilities: ob description:Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to clients of 3-5-21 yr age range.- If needed Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.- Planning and provision of services to preschool-age students with varying speech and language delays in a self-contained classroom, implementation of goals in accordance with student’s IEP, working collaboratively with a classroom team to meet students’ unique needs
- if needed Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Monitor and document client progress , treatment plans and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to coordinate care and provide recommendations
- Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding communication strategies and techniquesSkills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills-Pediatric experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and other professionals
- Knowledge of various assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs and challenges
- Organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation-Must have CFY TSHH, SLP/TSHH /TSLD AND CCC.-H1B sponsorship available if the candidate is in the US already.Pay for CFY : $65.00 - $70.00 per hourCCC- $80-$100 PER HRExpected hours: 28-30 hrs per week .
