Permanent (Full Time) Pay Rate: $230,000 - $245,000/Yearly. Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Work Locations: Muskegon, Grand Rapids, MI. Summary: The Medical Director role will provide Physician leadership and oversight for our Maternal Fetal Medicine Service Line while collaborating with our Administrative & Clinical Director for Women’s & Children’s Services in a dyad relationship alongside our OB/GYN Medical Directors for Grand Rapids and the Lakeshore. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Patient Care: Provide comprehensive and patient-centered care for individuals with high-risk pregnancies including diagnostic, consultative and management services while working closely with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated care.
- Program Development: Collaborate with other administrative and clinical leadership to develop and enhance our Maternal Fetal Medicine program. The Medical Director will be responsible and accountable for assigned offices and programs in the West Michigan market for achievements around Quality, Service Excellence, Colleague Engagement, Stewardship, and financial goals.
- Education and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to medical students and residents.
- Minimum of 5 years of Maternal Fetal Medicine medical practice experience (not including training) is required.

Submission Requirements - Board Certified in OB/GYN Required.
- Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine Required.
- MI license Required.
- Clean malpractice Preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of Maternal Fetal Medicine medical practice experience Required.
- 2+ years of work experience in a leadership role or has completed training specific skills to work in the position Highly Preferred.
- Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? Required.
