Join our high-performing solar team as a Solar Sales Consultant and be the face of sustainable energy solutions in your community.What you'll do as a Solar Sales Consultant?
  • Review all job and lead details in CRM prior to appointments.
  • Attend scheduled on-site consultations with a laptop and present solar proposals.
  • Clearly explain product features, rebates, warranties, and system benefits
  • Upload images, notes, and customer interactions via the CRM app
  • Attempt to close the deal during the appointment; liaise with the Sales Manager for pricing flexibility
  • Complete post sign up tasks digital acceptance, collect deposit, upload all documents and notify team.

  • Execute a proven 3-touch follow-up strategy for open leads.
  • Maintain monthly communication with warm leads through promotional updates.

What we're looking For:
  • Unrestricted Drivers license and the willingness to travel for on-site appointments.
  • Experience with in-home sales in an industry, solar experience is a bonus.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using a variety of tools and applications.
  • Confident presenter with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proactive communicator and self-starter.
  • Reliable, organised, and motivated to hit sales targets
  • Able to juggle tasks and keep calm when things get busy.
  • A bit of common sense and initiative, you can see what needs doing and get stuck in.
