  The RoleDue to continued expansion, we are recruiting multiple experienced Wide Web Flexographic Printers to join our busy manufacturing facility in Woolston, Southampton. These vacancies are open to overseas applicants who meet the requirements below. We will provide sponsored VISA status for suitable applicants.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to work within a fast-growing, industry-leading flexible packaging business, operating state-of-the-art flexographic printing equipment.  Key Responsibilities & RequirementsThe successful candidate will have:
  • Several years’ experience setting up and operating wide web flexographic printing presses (8–10 colours)
  • Proven experience in colour matching
  • A strong understanding of production quality and efficiency
  • For sponsorship candidates must hold a Bachelors level qualification.

Experience within the resin-based flexible packaging sector is highly desirable.  About YouIdeally, you will:
  • Hold industry-recognised printing qualifications
  • Have experience printing on PE, PET, and OPP substrates
  • Be self-motivated and capable of working effectively under pressure
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
  • Be familiar with modern flexographic printing technologies
  • Be able to quickly adapt following a structured induction process
  • Understand the importance of process efficiency and consistently meeting KPIs
  • Have excellent timekeeping and attendance
  • Be willing and able to work a rotating 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, including days and nights
