Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead on-site construction and maintenance activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction, mechanical, civil, structural, or fabrication works.
• Lead and coordinate tradespeople, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Plan daily work activities and allocate labour, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and project requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and safety meetings.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Complete site reports, inspections, and other project documentation.

Qualifications Required:

• Trade qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Boilermaker, or similar) or a relevant engineering qualification.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in construction, mining, infrastructure, heavy industry, or oil & gas.
• White Card and a current Australian driver's licence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation.

Preferred:

• Experience with project scheduling, quality assurance, and resource management.
• FIFO/DIDO experience.
• Working at Heights, Confined Space, and other relevant site certifications.
