About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused
Technical Support Agent fluent in
Italian to join our team in
Lisbon, supporting one of the world’s leading technology companies. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking users, helping them resolve technical issues, answer product-related questions, and guide them through system troubleshooting. You’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience and ensuring user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat in Italian
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions using remote tools or clear instructions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company procedures, and service updates
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support
Candidate Profile
- Native or C2-level fluency in Italian
- Good command of English (B2 level or higher) for training and internal communication
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus
- Comfortable working in shifts, including weekends if required
