Job Opportunity: Restaurant Manager (ANZSCO141111) – DAMA Visa Sponsorship AvailableLocation: Regional Albury NSWSalary: AUD $75,000 – $85,000 per annum (plus superannuation)Visa Sponsorship Available: Subclass 494 Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (SESR) Visa under DAMA Agreement About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy hospitality establishment. This is a full time role located in regional South Australia and forms part of the employer’s Labour Market Testing requirements for the Subclass 494 Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional visa under the Designated Area Migration Agreement (DAMA). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing restaurant operations, supervising staff, maintaining service standards and ensuring an excellent dining experience for customers. Key Responsibilities (aligned with ANZSCO 141111)

• Planning and organizing the daily operations of the restaurant including dining service, reservations and kitchen coordination.

• Supervising, training and managing restaurant staff to ensure high standards of customer service.

• Ensuring food quality, presentation and service standards are maintained at all times.

• Managing restaurant budgets, controlling operational costs and monitoring financial performance.

• Handling customer complaints professionally and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Maintaining compliance with food safety regulations, workplace health and safety standards and licensing requirements.

• Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies and liaising with suppliers and vendors.

• Developing marketing strategies and promotions to increase restaurant revenue and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality

management role.

• Relevant qualification in hospitality management or a related field (Diploma or higher preferred).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast paced hospitality environment including evenings, weekends and

public holidays.

• Knowledge of Australian food safety standards and workplace health and safety practices.
