Server Captain

Begin date: 10/1/2025 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 3 Job Duties: Oversee serving staff during set up, serving and clearing; train new servers on the floor; build/maintain rapport with the club members; assume servers duties as required, particularly in the service of special guests of honor and VIPs; required to set an exemplary example and to ensure the highest level of service that is provided by the resort serving staff. *Continuation to Section F.a.5 below: 40 hours a week. Shifts will consist of 8 hour shifts that can vary as needed as advertised in State Workforce Agency job order, and in other H2B advertisement sources as per employers recruiting requirements for prospective workers under the H-2B program. Variable shifts over 7 days a week. Shifts may vary: 6am to 11pm. Job Classification: 35-1012.00 - First-Line Supervisors of Food Preparation and Serving Workers Experience Required: Yes Months of Experience Required: 6 Special Requirements: EMPLOYER REQUIRES PRE-EMPLOYMENT POLICE CLEARANCE AND POST-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TESTING TO BE CARRIED OUT EQUALLY BETWEEN THE U.S. WORKERS AND THE H-2B WORKERS. Ability TO COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH. THE 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN BOX F.a.9, CONTEMPLATES 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE AS A SERVER OR SENIOR SERVER IN A HOSPITALITY SETTING.
