Plant Mechanic

Are you passionate about working on Caterpillar and other OEM equipment? Whether you're newly qualified or an experienced HD Mechanic, this is your opportunity to join a high-performing team at our state-of-the-art Perth Airport facility.

We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to grow their skills in powertrain overhauls, machine rebuilds, radiator servicing, and undercarriage repairs—all in a supportive, safety-first environment.

Roster: 5 On, 2 Off – 10 hrs/day OR 4 On, 3 Off – 12 hrs/day

What You’ll Do:

• Rebuild and overhaul Caterpillar and non-Caterpillar heavy earthmoving equipment
• Perform component change-outs and repairs in a modern, all-in-one workshop
• Collaborate with a skilled team focused on safety and quality
• Enjoy flexible roster options to support your lifestyle

Skills & Experience:

• Australian-recognised Trade Certificate (HD Mechanic or similar)
• Strong team player with a commitment to safety
• Experience with service reporting and technical literature
• Previous rebuild/overhaul experience (highly regarded)
