Mechanical Engineer

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full product lifecycle and delivering high-quality results.Location: Germany (On-site / Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and assemblies
• Create precise 3D CAD models and technical documentation
• Perform engineering analysis (FEA/FEM, stress, thermal, tolerance)
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams
• Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, and performance
• Support prototyping, testing, and product validation
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3–7+ years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX)
• Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T
• Experience across the full product development lifecycle
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; German is highly preferred

Nice to Have:

• Experience in automotive, machinery, or industrial equipment sectors
• Knowledge of simulation tools (ANSYS, Abaqus)
• Familiarity with PLM/ERP systems
• Exposure to automation or Industry 4.0 environments
