Lettings Negotiator

• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective landlords and tenants, providing detailed information about properties and services
• Conduct property viewings and assist clients through the lettings process
• Negotiate offers between landlord and tenant to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
• Prepare and manage documentation related to property transactions, including tenancy agreements
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using organisational systems
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all aspects of the lettings process run smoothly
• Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online platforms and social media
• Maintaining Regular Inspection Records

Qualifications

• Proven negotiation experience, demonstrating organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to support our diverse client base
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• A professional attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in property management, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory; full training will be provided
• A valid driving licence is essential
