Senior / Commercial Valuer - Generalist

• $120,000 - $100,000 + bonuses
• Interviewing immediately 
• Start ASAP – Ideal if you have Historical Commercial or general Valuation experience (& want to train in Commercial) or are coming from Ratings & Taxation.

 Two Sydney based positions with a major National Valuations & Advisory brand for their growing Sydney Commercial team. Great systems, admin support & a national marketing / operational team to support the on the tools teams. Senior Commercial Valuer: 

• Lead and grow the Sydney generalist commercial division
• For a major national brand
• Commercial Office, Industrial and Retail $10m
• Residential Development projects – can train into this area if interested?
• Plenty of work in the pipeline – no boundaries to how many jobs you take or or comms to make.
• $110,000 + super + bonuses
• Manager is an Industry Advocate and dream mentor. Lecturer and API Discussion Group Leader
• For immediate start – considering wider valuations experience and visa support

 Commercial Valuer: 

• Grow into a Senior role 
• Pick your patch – Sydney wide instructions
• $10m Commercial Office, Industrial and Retail 
• Can train into Residential Development
• If some commercial experience they will consider visa support.
