Role Description We are seeking a passionate **Full-Time ESL Teacher** for an international school in Shenzhen, China. This on-site role involves delivering engaging English lessons, designing comprehensive lesson plans, and teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) to students of varying ages and proficiency levels.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons tailored to student needs
• Teach English as a Foreign Language, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
• Prepare students for IELTS or other language proficiency exams as needed
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and student outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
• TESOL or TEFL certification (required); Don’t have one yet? No problem—we offer guidance and support to help you obtain your certification quickly and efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm for cultural exchange and working in a diverse environment
• Experience in English teaching and lesson planning is preferred but not mandatory. We welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to develop their skills.
