This is a full-time, permanent position supporting broadacre, horticulture, and pasture-based growers in the South West region of Western Australia.Key Duties:

• Provide guidance to farmers on topics like livestock and crop diseases, pest and weed control, soil enhancement, animal care, and feeding strategies.
• Provide expert agronomic advice using Ferti-Tech’s Carbon Systems Agronomy (CSA) framework.
• Conduct soil, tissue, and crop diagnostics to develop tailored input programs.
• Promote and support the adoption of biological, foliar, and regenerative farming systems.
• Develop strong on-farm relationships and identify new client opportunities
• Lead field days, trial programs, and technical information sessions.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated internal support and technical team.
• Facilitates training sessions and workshops.
• Conducts research and analysis on farming trends and market dynamics.
• Offers advice on land utilisation, crop choices, and livestock management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Candidates applying under Subclass 494 must be eligible for a positive skills assessment from a relevant authority such as VETASSESS.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in agronomic consultancy or related advisory services.
• Proven knowledge of regenerative and biological agriculture principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience dealing directly with primary producers.
• A valid WA Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel within South West WA.
