Typical responsibilities include:- Setting up and maintaining networks
- Troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, and servers
- Managing Microsoft 365 / Active Directory
- Supporting Wi-Fi, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- Configuring switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
- Handling helpdesk tickets and onsite support
- Escalating technical issues and documenting fixes
- Supporting virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V
Skills commonly requested:- Windows server/admin experience
- Networking knowledge
- Customer service and communication
- IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)
- Experience in education or business environments is valued
