You will collaborate in the design of care plans, advocate for whaiora goals, positive risk taking, and you will coordinate with NGO providers to develop solutions which allow Tangata Whaiora to live well and build up natural supports that can be sustainable outside of specialist mental health and addiction services. As this is a community based role, a full and clean driver’s license is required.
