This role combines strategic account management, proactive business development, and project coordination to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. By building strong relationships with key customers, developing new markets, and representing Acoem’s products and services, the position plays a critical role in strengthening the company’s market presence and achieving long-term commercial success. Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include: • Lead point of contact for nominated customer accounts, acting as the face of the company and trusted advisor. • Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders. • Identify and pursue new market opportunities through targeted business development plans. • Research and identify potential business clients through directories, referrals, online sources and other lead generation methods. • Keep up to date with the company’s products and services, competitor offerings and relevant market trends. • Contact and visit existing and potential clients to build relationships and identify sales opportunities. • Discuss client requirements and recommend suitable products or services to meet their needs. • Clearly explain the features, benefits and pricing of the company’s goods and services to customers. • Monitor changes in customer demand, competitor activity and market conditions, and provide updates to management. • Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing and payment terms, finalise agreements and record customer orders accurately. • Coordinate the delivery of products, installation of equipment and provision of services where required. • Provide regular updates to management on sales results, client feedback and the marketability of products or services. • Follow up with customers after sales to confirm satisfaction and assist with any issues or concerns. • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports and submit business expense records as required.
