Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle OIC Developer with hands-on experience in the Oracle PaaS (Platform as a Service) environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying end-to-end integrations between Oracle ERP (Cloud & EBS), HCM, and third-party applications. This role requires deep understanding of integration design, Oracle adapters, and PaaS deployment models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop real-time and batch integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Work within the Oracle PaaS stack to deploy scalable and secure integrations between:
      • Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle HCM Cloud
      • Oracle EBS (on-premise)
      • Third-party platforms such as Salesforce, ADP, Workday, Coupa
  • Leverage prebuilt adapters (REST, SOAP, ERP, HCM, DB, FTP, etc.) to connect systems and services.
  • Transform data using JSON, XML, CSV formats within integrations.
  • Build and manage secure file/data exchanges across cloud and on-prem environments using agents.
  • Build low-code custom applications on top of Oracle SaaS using Visual Builder / VBCS.
  • Create and secure UI components and workflows using Oracle IDCS.
  • Use Oracle SaaS REST APIs to call/invoke business functions from custom apps and integration flows.
  • Configure integration schedules, monitor executions, and troubleshoot failures in OIC.
  • Collaborate with Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM teams to ensure cross-functional integration alignment.
  • Document integration requirements, technical designs, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Strong understanding of Oracle PaaS ecosystem and deployment practices.
  • In-depth experience integrating Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, and Oracle EBS.
  • Solid understanding of inbound and outbound processes in Oracle ERP & HCM.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XSLT, JSON/XML data transformation.
  • Familiarity with VBCS, Oracle IDCS, and building custom apps within the Oracle cloud environment.
  • Experience working with on-prem and cloud agents to integrate legacy apps.
  • Proven expertise in working with 3rd-party applications like Salesforce, ADP, Workday, Coupa, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud Integration certification (OIC / PaaS)
  • Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud integration
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
