• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring system functionalities align with operational needs.
• Participate in testing, configuration, and rollout of new Relex modules or features.
• Provide training, documentation, and user support to promote best practices and efficient system use.
• Analyze data and system performance to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.

What we are looking for

• Must have experience with the tool - Relex Solutions.
• Fluent level of English & Portuguese (mandatory);
• Availability to work in remotely in Portugal.
