This permanent, full-time role is ideal for experienced childcare professionals who are committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop, and reach their full potential.About the RoleAs a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development through engaging educational activities and high-quality care. You will work closely with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure every child receives the support they need during their early years. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging learning activities tailored to children’s individual needs.
  • Supervise children during play, learning, meals, and daily routines.
  • Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of every child.
  • Monitor children’s progress and maintain accurate developmental records.
  • Build positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on their child’s progress.
  • Support daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and educational activities.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and safeguarding within the nursery.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Attend staff meetings and training to support continuous professional development.

RequirementsApplicants should have:
  • Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
  • A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of child development and early years education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership abilities and the confidence to support small teams.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Level 3 EYFS qualification (required as part of the application process).

Salary and Benefits
