Speech Pathologists | Full-time & Part-time | $75K–$120K + Super + Bonuses (DOE)

Speech Pathologist – Joondalup & North of River (Community/Clinic)
Salary: $78K + super + salary packaging
Caseload: Primarily community-based with some clinic sessions; paediatric focus within a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements: Speech Pathology qualification, SPA registration/eligibility, driver’s licence.
Suitable For: New grads or experienced clinicians seeking supportive team environment.
Benefits: Collaborative multi-disciplinary team, flexible community work, professional growth opportunities.

Lead Speech Pathologist – Bibra Lake Base + Metro Outreach (Hybrid)
Salary: $115K–$130K + super + quarterly bonuses + relocation/sign-on packages
Caseload: NDIS/DVA/Private/Medicare across lifespan; assessments and therapy in home, school, clinic, and community.
Requirements: SPA registration (or eligibility), driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, NDIS Worker Screening.
Suitable For: Experienced clinicians seeking leadership role in supportive clinician-owned practice.
Benefits: $5K PD allowance, study leave, wellness days, WFH admin days, paid travel, laptop/phone, mentoring, Visa Sponsorship considered.

Speech Pathologist – Community / Hybrid (Paediatrics Focus)
Salary: $78.5K–$110K+ + super
Caseload: Primarily paediatric and school-aged clients; some adults; almost 100% NDIS. Community-based with some clinic sessions and school visits.
Requirements: Speech Pathology qualification, SPA registration/eligibility, driver’s licence, Australian working rights.
Suitable For: New grads to experienced clinicians wanting supportive, flexible, community-focused role.
Benefits: 12-month grad program, mentoring & supervision, hybrid work, PD support, mileage reimbursement, therapy resources allowance.

Speech Pathologist – Community (SOR / Mandurah)
Salary: $85K–$120K + super + bonuses
Caseload: Predominantly NDIS – mostly paediatrics, some adults; community with clinic access; admin support provided.
Requirements: Speech Pathology qualification, SPA registration, driver’s licence; visa sponsorship considered.
Suitable For: New grads to experienced clinicians wanting clinician-led, supportive, team-first environment with low KPI pressure.
Benefits: Structured onboarding (low/no caseload initially), shadowing, mentoring, collaborative multidisciplinary team, bonus structure, Visa Sponsorship considered.
