• Support daily last-mile logistics operations and workflow execution
• Coordinate delivery-related processes to ensure smooth daily operations
• Track basic operational data and assist with reporting and analysis
• Communicate with internal teams to support delivery readiness
• Identify operational issues and support process improvement initiatives

⸻Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED /Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, Mandarin/Spanish Preferred
• Strong interest in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
• Basic data and spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills
• Comfortable working in an on-site environment
• Authorized to work in the US
