Job Description:
Academic Cytopathologist / Surgical Pathologist Cincinnati, OH Position Highlights:

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary: $233K–$320K (experience-based) with potential above 50th percentile via productivity.
  • $20K signing bonus, CME allowance, and comprehensive health benefits.
  • Two-year guaranteed compensation for transition to full productivity.
  • Retirement plans with 8.5% employer contribution and immediate vesting.
  • Generous PTO, holidays, and sick leave plus eligibility for PSLF.


Qualifications:
  • MD/DO with AP or AP/CP board certification or eligibility.
  • Cytopathology fellowship training required (new grads considered).
  • Strong background in cyto- and surgical pathology; GI, GYN, or molecular preferred.
  • Eligible for Ohio medical license; H1B supported (J1 not eligible).
  • Demonstrated commitment to teaching, research, and academic excellence.
