With nearly a decade of industry experience and a reputation for quality and reliability, we are proud to be entering a new and exciting phase of growth.We’ve recently moved into a dedicated office and warehouse in Willetton and are now seeking a full-time Leading Hand / Roof Plumbing Supervisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced roof plumber who’s ready to take the next step and lead a crew on diverse and interesting projects.Role Details • 🕒 Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm • 📍 Based in Willetton, servicing Perth metro client sites • 💰 $60/hr + bonus + super + vehicle + fuel + phone + paid overtimeYour Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Supervising and coordinating a small team on-site • Gutter, downpipe, and valley tray replacements • Re-roofing, including tile-to-metal conversions • Installing flashings, rainwater goods, soakwells, and eave sheets • Minor carpentry (e.g. barge boards, tile scribes) • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and the internal team • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety
  • Assisting with planning and problem-solving alongside management

What We’re Looking For:
  • Cert III Roof Plumber qualification or 3+ years of solid roof plumbing experience
  • Strong knowledge of roof plumbing systems and techniques
  • Proven leadership experience or strong desire to step into a supervisory role
