Job Description:
Lead Where It Matters — On the Ground, In Real Time

At 4C Group, operations don’t happen behind a desk — they happen on the floor, in the cold rooms, and alongside the people who keep supply chains moving
.
As a national leader in fixed-price container packing and unpacking, we support some of Australia’s largest logistics and cold-storage providers. With a growing team of 600+ across five states, our reputation is built on strong partnerships, operational precision, and doing the job right every da
y.
With continued growth in Queensland, we’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to take ownership of our QLD branch and drive performance, safety, and culture across multiple client sit
es.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys being at the centre of operations, people, and decision-mak
ing.
About the

Role
Based in Hemmant, you’ll lead daily operations across several customer locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality container unloading services — often within fast-paced cold-storage environ
ments.
You’ll manage a core team of 5–6 staff (including Area Managers and office support), who in turn oversee 150+ frontline workers each day. Your focus is ensuring they have the resources, workforce coverage, and leadership needed to consistently d
eliver.
You’ll work closely with clients, recruitment, and senior leadership, acting as the key operational voice for Que
ensland.
