• Work with business users to gather, document, and clarify requirements
• Analyze processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams, and process maps
• Coordinate with development, QA, and product teams throughout the SDLC
• Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, validating results, and tracking issues
• Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning activities

🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile (OPT/STEM OPT Friendly)

• Recent graduate with a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related fields
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in BA/DA/QA career paths
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or project‑based coursework
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or visualization tools is a plus
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and environments
