Employment type: Permanent full-time, part-time, casual, and fixed-term roles available Hours: Rotating rosters across morning, evening and night shift. You have the option to choose your work hours comfortably.   • Confirm you meet the essential requirements of the position, please upload and provide evidence of any qualifications, certificates or licences which support your application.
  • Recent nursing experience in Community Nursing or a demonstrated interest in Community Nursing.
  • Demonstrated high level communication skills including negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated high level time management skills and an ability to effectively work both within a team and autonomously.
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with other health professionals to facilitate case management and care planning.
  • Sound computer and keyboard skills with computer literacy, or willing to be trained in computer use relating to currently used computer systems within the local health district.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice.
