- Value strong and collaborative relationships with families and team members

- Able to manage the operational side of the role well, and competent in documenting children's progress.

If you're the person of our dreams there's a good chance you'll have:- A completed Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an equivalent approved ACECQA early childhood teaching qualification (ECT)
- Current CPR and First Aid qualifications, including asthma and anaphylaxis
- Hold the relevant Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
- Completed and current Child Protection Training
- Be knowledgeable about regulations, the QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines, National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework.
