Job Title: Informatica IDMC MDM Architect (SaaS, Multidomain)

Location: Hybrid – Houston, TX (Mostly Remote)

Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Informatica IDMC MDM Architect with over 10 years of Master Data Management experience and strong hands-on expertise in SaaS-based multidomain MDM implementations. The ideal candidate will provide architectural leadership across Informatica IDMC MDM, CAI, CDI, and Data Quality, and lead global onshore/offshore delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end SaaS MDM architecture using Informatica IDMC across Customer, Supplier, Product, Reference, and Finance domains
• Configure MDM data models, hierarchies, relationships, and reference data
• Define and implement match & merge, survivorship rules, and trust score frameworks
• Architect and develop integrations using Cloud Application Integration (CAI) and Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
• Implement data quality rules, profiling, monitoring, and remediation workflows
• Design scalable, secure, and compliant integration architectures with upstream and downstream systems
• Provide technical leadership to onshore and offshore teams, ensuring design quality and delivery milestones
• Collaborate with business, governance, and platform stakeholders to align MDM solutions with enterprise strategy

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (MDM SaaS, CAI, CDI, CDQ)
• Expertise in Multidomain MDM architecture and configuration
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, survivorship, trust, and hierarchy management
• Experience with API-based, event-driven, and batch integration patterns
• Solid understanding of Data Quality, governance, and stewardship frameworks
• Proven experience leading global onshore–offshore teams
