Experienced Booking Agent Job Description Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate bookings for clients, events, travel, or entertainment services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, suppliers, and partners.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and booking terms to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Handle multiple bookings simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, cancellations, and customer concerns professionally.
• Prepare contracts, invoices, booking confirmations, and other documentation.
• Maintain accurate booking records and update databases or booking systems.
• Monitor booking trends and recommend strategies to increase sales or occupancy.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements.
• Mentor or assist junior booking agents when needed.
