• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on customer inquiries as necessary to ensure resolution.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
