Assistant Venue Manager to join our dynamic team, supporting the GM in leading our passionate team.

The Role- Work alongside the GM to ensure exceptional standards of service and venue management
- Engage with staff and customers, always fostering a fun, and a professional and positive work environment
- You will run shifts and be involved in all components of pub operations, doing it all with a smile on your face.
- You will help manage all components of staff management - from recruitment through to training and shift management
- You will have an unpretentious attitude, great communication skills, and a naturally friendly and engaging personality
The Expectation- You will have a sound knowledge and love of the Pub & Hospitality scene
- An extensive knowledge and passion for all things beverage - beer, cocktails, spirits and wine
- You will have a minimum of 5 years’ recent experience in a similar role
- RSA and RCG qualifications - or the ability to obtain
- Understanding of current Liquor and Gaming Regulations
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and communicate effectively
- Good time management & organisational skills
- The ability to manage the venue autonomously in the absence of the owner
- You will be a natural leader and inspire those you are working with
