About the Role As an Enrolled Nurse (EN), you will provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will support patients across a variety of clinical settings while contributing to high-quality care and positive health outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centred nursing care within the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice.
• Assist patients with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily living activities.
• Administer medications (where endorsed) and assist with clinical procedures.
• Monitor patient wellbeing and report changes to the Registered Nurse.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in care planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care.
• Follow infection control, workplace safety, and clinical governance standards.

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nursing).
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Medication administration endorsement (where required).
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient-centred care and safe nursing practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is desirable.
