-Managing and responding to support requests;

What we are looking for
-At least 5 years of experience with similar roles;
-Professional experience with ESS (Employee Self-Service) modules;
-Knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint;
-Experience with SQL;
-Good communication skills;
-Ability to work in an international environment;
-Organization, ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects;
-Good client relationship;
-Good level of English minimum B2 (mandatory).
